Stunning print blouse for the ultimate in dopamine dressing. This watercolour print on a black background by Ninola looks fabulous on.

The classic blouse completely avoids the ‘plus size tunic’ look. It’s deliberately fashioned to emphasise curves and not come down to your thighs. It’s the perfect plus size top for those of us who wish we could wear Gorman.

This pure cotton blouse has extra bicep room, sleeves to the elbow, a pleat at the back for extra hip room and has been pre washed to minimise further shrinkage.

Made in Melbourne.

All the details and notes about fit are in our size guide - see link above.

If you prefer a longer blouse we have these Classic Blouses in our longer style  and for extra, extra bicep room we have these plus size tops with pretty flutter sleeves .

Comfort and style at last!- Hayley S.

As a curvy gal, I’ve always struggled with work tops! It was usually a trade-off between comfort or style, never both at once. I’m so grateful to have found Chasing Springtime!! The three tops I purchased are perfect in the Brisbane climate and move with the body, while still looking fun and stylish. They are tailored so well and aren’t sack-like or too tight on the arms, bust or tummy. I can wear these for all occasions outside of work too, and add an easy jacket or cardi for winter. Thanks Belinda!

Perfect- Rachel M.

The fabric is so light but not transparent, making it perfect for Summer. I wanted a relaxed fit and, thanks to Belinda for helping me with sizing, that is what I got. I love the coverage I get from the top and I can wear tucked or untucked and cuff and sleeves for different looks. I will be back for more of these classic blouses.

All measurements allow for ease. This is the extra room we need to move comfortably in clothing. So, just find the measurements closest to yours.

We measured the finished (and washed) garments to make our size charts. We don’t just measure our patterns and hope for the best.

Every garment style has its own size chart. There is a link in the main product description. The size chart also includes pics of other women wearing our products and their measurements and size choices.

What part of my body should I be measuring?

See our how-to advice in the FAQ section. How do I Get the Best Fit?

What about Shrinkage?

It’s so disappointing when a new garment shrinks after its first wash.

That’s why we go the extra step. All garments are washed, dried and pressed after they're made. What you try on the first time, is the same size it will be after a wash.

What if it doesn’t fit or I need to return it?

You may qualify for a free or discounted return - see our Returns and Exchanges Policy for more info.

How to care for your Chasing Springtime clothes

  1. Turn your garment inside out
  2. Machine wash in cold water on delicates settings
    1. Depending on the colour of your garment and the dyes used it might be best to wash it on its own, or with like colours for the first couple of washes
    2. Use a low revolution setting on your washing machine to save electricity and reduce wrinkles
  3. Line dry in shade (hang your blouse or dress on a padded hanger to reduce creasing).
  4. Ironing is completely optional - if you want to iron your clothes please iron them inside out for the best results

Want your garments to last as long as possible? Check out our care instructions  How do I Care for my Chasing Springtime Garment? We explain a bit more about WHY we recommend these care instructions.
