Australian Orders Over $150

Postage is free within Australia.
Orders are shipped via Australia Post standard parcel shipping with tracking
Option to upgrade to Express Post available at checkout.

Australian Orders Under $150

Postage within Australia is $10 flat rate.
Parcels are sent via Australia Post standard parcel shipping with tracking
Option to upgrade to Express Post available at checkout

Timelines

Orders are generally dispatched within 1 - 2 working days of receiving your order. These times may vary, without notice during certain times of the year.

Shipping times within Australia are estimated to be between 4 - 8 business days from dispatch, however Chasing Springtime cannot guarantee third party delivery times.

Please Note

We recommend customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your place of employment.

Chasing Springtime bears no responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

Dispatch and delivery dates are provided as a guide only.

At this stage we use Australia Post for all shipping, although this may change without notice.

When your order leaves our warehouse we cannot control the delivery date and delays that may be experienced by external parties. Chasing Springtime is also not responsible for delays at the port of origin or destination for international orders.

If the goods are redirected, you will be liable for all redirection costs.
